Serrano Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • ½ serrano chili
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Mince the chili in a food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until completely combined. Don't over process.
