Easy Oil Free Salad Dressing / Vegan!
Ingredients
  • subheading: Mustard Maple Dressing :
  • Maple syrup
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Smoked paprika (optional for a smoky dressings)
  • combine equal parts dijon mustard and maple syrup, shake until well combined, you may also add a pinch of smoked paprika for a smoky version.
  • subheading: Citrus Hummus Dressing:
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil Free Hummus, I like engine 2 from Whole Foods
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • juice of half a lemon or some orange juice (my favorite)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • combine all ingredients and enjoy
  • subheading: Strawberry Lime Basil Dressing:
  • 1 heaping cup chopped strawberries fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1 to 2 dates
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • Combine all ingredients in blender except basil, blend until smooth then gently stir in basil
  • subheading: Low Fat Thai Peanut Dressing:

  • 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • juice of half a lime
  • ½ tsp coconut extract
  • pinch of ginger, fresh or powdered (optional)
  • add water to powdered peanut butter until you get a creamy consistency, then mix in rest of ingredients and enjoy.
  • subheading: Thai Salad Ingredients:
  • Chopped Romain and Spring Mix
  • Thinly sliced red cabbage
  • Shredded carrot
  • Green onions
  • Cucumber
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Chopped Cilantro
