  • 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger OR ½ teaspoon dried ginger
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons neutral oil, such as canola or avocado
