Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • Cheese
  • Bacon cooked
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green onion or cilantro for topping
  • Salsa for topping
  • 2 eggs per avocado
Steps
  1. Cut avocados in half. Scoop a small amount out so a cracked egg. Place in muffin pan. Crack one egg into each half of avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add cooked bacon and cheese on top.
  2. Preheat over to 425 degrees. Cook for 16 minutes. Sprinkle garnish on top. Add salsa.
