Blueberry Chia Soaked Oats

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon raisins or chopped dates
  • ½ cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries (or other fruit)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or pure vanilla bean powder, optional
