  • 2 scallions
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup shelled edamame
  • 2 ounces avocado, sliced, from 1 small
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Sriracha mayo* or sriracha, for topping (optional)
