Lucifer Cookies

½ c softened butter

½ c peanut butter

¼ c sugar

½ c light brown sugar

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 egg

Vanilla

Cinnamon

Pumpkin Pie Spice

½ bag crushed Heath Bar

½ c semi sweet chocolate chips

1¼ c flour

Preheat to 375.

By hand or using an electric mixer, blend butter and peanut butter.

Mix in sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.

Add egg, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and stir to combine.

Stir in chocolate chips and crushed Heath bar.

Last, mix in flour.

Form dough into about 1 inch balls and fill in cinnamon sugar mixture and place in parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Bake 11 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit to cook about 5 min.
