Servings: Yield: 12 fudge pops
Ingredients
  • ¼ C semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ C xylitol or sugar
  • 2 T arrowroot powder
  • 3 T cocoa powder
  • ¼ C maple syrup
  • 2½ C milk, divided
  • 1 T unsalted butter
  • 1 T coconut oil (approx.)
  • 1 t vanilla extract
Steps
  1. Mix first 5 things with ½ a cup of the milk. Heat & stir well till most of the chips are melted then add the remainder of the milk & cook till thickened, 5 to 7 min. Remove from heat and add butter, coconut oil & vanilla.
  2. Let the mixture cool. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze completely before serving.
