Snickerdoodle Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • 25g vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 + ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup (depending on sweetness preference)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • optional for topping: almond butter, additional cinnamon, sliced fruit
