Ingredients
  • 2 medium yellow potatoes around 500g - must use yellow potatoes for this recipe
  • 2 cups potato starch around 300g
  • ½ cup water room temperature
  • subheading: Spicy Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
