Mexican Ricotta Cheese Dip

15 oz. ricotta cheese

8 oz. grated pepper jack cheese

1 Jalapeño, minced

1 tsp chili powder

2 scallions, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

400 for 8 minutes
