Roasted Potatoes w/Onion Soup Mix....................... BY: Nancy Fillman

Ingredients
  • ½  envelope dry onion soup mix
  •  
  • 1 pounds potatoes (quartered)
  •  
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Steps
  1. 1.  Place trivet and 1 cup of water in liner.
  2. 2.  In a large plastic bag, combine the soup mix, potatoes and olive oil. Close bag, and shake until potatoes are fully covered.
  3. 3.  Pour potatoes into a metal dish/bowl and place in liner.  (This is called Pot In Pot cooking)
  4. 4.  Pressure for 10 minutes and quick release.
  5. If you like them browned, place them on a foil lined sheet pat and roast under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Sour Cream or just eat them like they are.
Notes
  • Any potatoes will work but I like the red potatoes for their color.
  • Very Easy Clean-Up
