Ingredients
  • 1-½ cups Splenda
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
Steps
  1. Put Splenda and cornstarch in your blender. Cover and blend until fine powder. Store in shaker or covered jar.
  2. SPLENDA GLAZE
  3. Put about ½ cup Splenda “powdered sugar” in small bowl with about 1 to 2 drops any extract (vanilla, rum, orange, etc), adding water 1 tsp at a time, using small whisk, until desired consistency. Adjust by adding more sugar/water. Drizzle over cookies, muffins, etc.
  4. If you drizzle when hot, the glaze will be clear and shiny ~ it will be white if you wait until your baked goods are cooled. …
  5. FLAVORS: You can also substitute juice for the water (orange, cranberry), OR coffee, OR sugar-free flavored liquid coffee creamer, OR add a squirt of sugar-free chocolate syrup and about 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder to the “powdered sugar”.
  6. If it’s thicker, you can drizzle it on. If it’s a little thinner, you can brush it on.
