  • 1 Large Egg (lightly beaten) - 57 grams - Not extra large or jumbo-sized eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (sliced & softened) - 57 grams
  • 2 Tablespoons White Granulated Sugar - 25 grams
  • 3 ½ Cups Bread Flour - 420 grams
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Salt - 9 grams
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast - 4.5 grams - Not active dry yeast
