TINA’S HOME MADE CHILI RECIPE
Ingredients
  • 5 lbs ground beef (chili meat) best with venison or elk
  • 8 cloves garlic or 1 whole head of garlic
  • 1 to 2 whole large onions
  • 1 to 2 large bell peppers
  • ½ cup cilantro minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • ¼ cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp of chili powder
  • 2 cans of chili tomatoes
  • 3 mexican tomatoes style
  • 1 rotel
  • 1 big can of ranch style beans w/jalapenos
Steps
  1. Saute A LOT of garlic, onions and bell peppers
  2. add meat (beef, venison or elk) When meat is about ½ cooked
  3. add cilantro and seasoning; Salt, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder. Finish cooking meat
  4. add tomatoes, chili tomatoes, mexican style and one rotel
  5. Add 1 big can of ranch style beans w/jalapenos and water, I just rinse
  6. out the tomato cans, about half full of each
  7. Then I cut little slivers into big jalapenos and add them
  8. Throw in a lot of love and let mesh about 4 hours! And feast!!
