CHEDDAR, BACON AND JALAPENO CORNBREAD
Easy and delicious, these muffins are packed with incredible flavors!

Ingredients
  • 3 box corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded extra sharp white cheddar
  • ½ jalapeno diced
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the corn mix, milk and eggs. Stir in cheese, jalapeno, bacon and chives.
  2. Line a jumbo muffin pan with liners and fill each ⅔ full with batter.
  3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
