Freezer dump slow cooker pot roast
Ingredients
  • 2 large potatoes, chopped
  • 3 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 roast (I used deer roast, but you can use beef roast)
  • 1 packet of brown gravy mix
Steps
  1. Thaw the bag over night.
  2. Dump into the crockpot and add about 2 cups of beef broth (until most of the roast and veggies are covered).
  3. Add garlic and season to your liking.
  4. Cook on high until veggies are tender and the roast is easily shredded.
