I saw this recipe for sardine fish cakes on a carnivore group so thought I’d try it. A definite keeper and the house didn’t stink afterwards either. 1 tin sardines mashed with an egg and quite a lot of grated cheese ( maybe 2 cups). Put dollops into a frying pan and hey presto! Served with kimchi.
