2 to 3 chicken breasts (uncooked)

2 Garlic cloves or 1 tsp minced garlic

1tsp chili powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Sriracha sauce

1 Small chopped onion

1 chopped red pepper

1 can drained black beans

1 can corn (not drained)

2 cups enchilada sauce

4 cups chicken broth

Salt

Pepper

½ Cream

½ cup sour cream

2 cups cheddar cheese

Cheese

Cilantro

Tortilla strips

-Add chicken breasts to bottom of pot

-add spices, sauces, onions, peppers, beans, corn, broth, salt, and pepper

- InstantPot seal Manuel 20 minutes, quick release (slow cooker 6 to 8 hours on low)

- shred chicken

- add cream and sour cream and stir

-add cheese and mix until melted

- serve with tortilla strips, cheese, and cilantro
