Easy Lightened Up Hibachi Noodles
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles, gluten free spaghetti, or whole grain spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 3 Tbsp light butter
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp zero point brown or white sweetener  - I use Lakanto Monkfruit Brown or Classic.
  • 4 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar free teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Scallions, for garnish
