Ingredients
  • 6 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • ¼ c. mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • dash black pepper
  • 5 small pimiento-stuffed green olives OR 2 to 3 anchovies OR ½ to 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 small dill pickle
  • paprika
Steps
  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise & remove yolks.
  2. Put egg yolks into blender container along with mayonnaise/Miracle Whip, mustard, pepper, olives/anchovies/horseradish, & pickle.
  3. Blend till pickle & olives/anchovies are finely chopped.
  4. Fill egg whites with mixture; then sprinkle each with paprika.
  5. Chill well before serving.
