Weeknight Spicy Thai Basil Stir-Fry
Ingredients
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 birds’ eye chillies
  • 2 large mild red chillies, roughly chopped
  • Or can sub chillies for 1tbs Thai red chili paste
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500g (1 lb) mince meat (e.g. beef, pork, chicken or turkey mince)
  • 2 large zucchinis, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 cup basil leaves (e.g. Italian basil or Thai basil or a mix of both)
