  • ½ medium onion peeled and cut in 4 wedges, stem end to root
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Thai-style chili sauce
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs, any kind
  • note: Notes: Use a spatula with a thin leading edge to turn the burgers as they have a soft texture.
