Sticky Rice and Mango
Ingredients
  • 2 cups sweet/sticky rice
  • 3 cup water
  •  
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 1 cup coconut cream milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  
  • Mango sliced as desired
Steps
  1. 1.  Rinse sticky rice until all the starch is removed.
  2. 2.  Put rice and water into instant pot and set for 4 mins.
  3. 3.  While natural release, heat milk over medium heat and add sugar slowly and salt. Stir continuously until just boils. Turn off heat.
  4. 4.  Put cooked rice into a large bowl and add cooked milk slowly stirring into it one large spoon at a time...
  5. 5.  Slice mango to your liking and add to your own bowl or plate and serve!
