Ingredients
  • Mexican blend bagged Cheddar
  • Olives, chopped (I prefer green)

  1. Now here’s an idea! Line the bottom of a muffin tin with a little bit of Mexican blend bagged cheddar, then add on some chopped olives, then add a little bit more Mexican blend cheddar on top of that. Bake at 400 for about 12 to 14 minutes until the edges are crispy. They pop right out of the pan to create these delicious crispy little Olive Chips.
