Instant Pot Cheesy Potatoes and Sausage
Surprisingly really good. Thickened after sitting a few minutes, no need for the cornstarch.
Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ pounds Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (12 oz) package of precooked smoked sausage, sliced into thin quarter inch slices
  • 1 (12 oz) package frozen corn
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp cornstarch or instant potato flakes
