  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen King Masala or Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
