Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups sifted Carbquik
  •  
  • 3 egg yolks
  •  
  • 2 whole eggs
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
Steps
  1. Process Carbquik and corn starch in food processor for a few seconds to one minute rather than sifting.
  2. Add eggs and yolks and mix until a ragged dough forms
  3. Knead a minute or two until well formed. Add water or flour if dough is too dry or wet.
  4. Roll out VERY thin or run through a pasta machine to the desired thickness
  5. Cut into noodles or shapes or press through a pasta die.
  6. Allow to dry for an hour to use right away. Place in an air tight container for longer term storage.
