Pressure Cooker Turkey Rice Porridge
Ingredients
  • 600 grams or more leftover turkey, uncooked or cooked
  • 6 ½ cups (1.625L) cold water
  • ⅔ cup (160g) jasmine rice
  • 2 carrots (160g), roughly chopped
  • 2 stalks celery (120g), roughly chopped
  • 3 medium garlic cloves (200g), minced
  • 1 medium onion (200g), sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 to 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped for garnish
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
