Avocado Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
  • 2 avocados-halved, pitted and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ large (8 ounces) English cucumber, ¾ finely chopped and ¼ finely grated
  • 2 cups whole-milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • ½ serrano chile-stemmed, seeded and minced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Crudités and pita chips, for serving
