  • 4 tsp. sweet paprika (see notes)
  • 1 tsp. hot paprika, sometimes called sharp paprika (see notes)
  • ½ tsp. ground Caraway seed (optional)
  • salt and fresh-ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 T + 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
