Lupin Flatbread Pizza

½ cup mozzarella

1 tbsp cream cheese

1 cup lupin flour

½ tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp salt

1 egg beaten

Season as desired

Put mozzarella & cream cheese in a medium size microwaveable bowl

Microwave for in 30 second increments and stir until melted

Stir in other ingredients

Roll out thin between 2 pieces of parchment

Dock (poke rows of holes) with a fork to avoid bubbling

Sprinkle with garlic salt

Put in 350 degree oven

Bake for about 10 minutes

Add your favorite sauces, cheeses, and toppings and put back in the oven until melty and perfect.
