Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ Tbsp sweetener (I used Swerve erythritol sweetener)
  • 1 oz raisins or currants
  • ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream, heavy cream, or half and half
