Spicy Vegan Fried "Chicken" Soy Curls
Ingredients
  • 60 grams soy curls (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons no-chicken bouillon
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle chili powder (or to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper generously, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon plain non-dairy yogurt (or 2 ½ teaspoons non-dairy milk and ½ teaspoon lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
