Air Fryer Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
  • Squash
  • Mushrooms
  • Red Onions
  • Broccoli
  •  
  • Cut up vegetables about ¼ inch thick.
Steps
  1. Spritz AF basket with oil. Add vegetables to cover bottom of basket. Spritz with oil. Season to your liking. I used a little salt and garlic powder.
  2. Air fry at 390 F for 8 min. Shake or flip midway.
  3. May need to do 2 to 3 batches depending on amount of veggies.
Notes
  • Summer squash:  af: 390 for 12. Slice ½” then quarter. Spray with oil, sprinkle with kosher salt.
  • 1 lb new potatoes cut in 1/6 to ⅛ pieces. 390 for 12.
  • Broccoli check at 6 min.
