  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley, plus more for serving
  • 2 oz. feta, crumbled
  • Toasted country-style bread (for serving)
