Ingredients
  • 1 20-oz. can pineapple chunks (drained)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce [3 Tbs]
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup brown sugar [3 Tbsp]
  • 1 - 12 oz bag of frozen oriental veggies [8 oz.]
  • Dump all of the ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freeze. To keep in freezer and cook later. [I did not follow this step, I just made it without freezing first.}
  • When you’re ready to use; place it in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.
