- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- dash salt
- 11 to 13 egg roll wrappers --I used 12
- 2 to 3 cups vegetable oil -about 2 inches deep in pot
- 2 TBS grated parmesan cheese
- 1 TBS parsley chopped
- small bowl of water
