  1. The oven should be preheated to 180C/350F Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the eggs and stir well. Mix the batter as well as you can with a spoon as you pour the boiling water into it. When the spoon cannot mix any more, knead the dough with your hands until it forms a big ball. With a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper. It should be rolled out nice and thin (roughly 12 inches in diameter). Place the toppings on top of the dough, fold it in half, press the edges together, and seal it. For a deeper golden sheen, brush with egg wash. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately serve.
