Short Ribs Cooked In Marinade
Ingredients
  • Super simple! 3 lbs. short ribs and your favorite store bought marinade. Put meat in IP, pour enough marinade to cover (at least 1 cup!) and cook on manual - high pressure - 7 minutes - QR. Just as a personal preference, I finish off in oven on low broil for 5 minutes in my cast iron pan. This is just to get the little fatty edges a little crispy. The ribs are tender, `ono, and perfectly cooked after the 7 minutes in IP.

Lee Furutani Gina Fontillas My kahlbi sauce is usually about equal amounts of shoyu and brown sugar (adjust to taste), ½ tsp sesame oil, about 2 inches of ginger, peel, slice and mash (don't grate or it will make your meat too soft). You can add chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Very easy & inexpensive. Technique is just as important as recipe.
