Corn,Shrimp and cream cheese chowder

Ingredients
  • 2 (10¾ oz) homemade potatoe soup or 2 cans of cream of potatoe soup
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can sweet whole kernell corn
  • 1 (14¾ oz) can cream style corn
  • 1 tsp. old bay seasoning
  • 1 lb. shrimp deviened,peeled and cut up
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp tonys seasoning
  • salt and pepper
Steps
  1. brown onion in butter in a dutch oven on stovetop.
  2. then when onions are clear remove fom heat, and add cream cheese.
  3. Then add the soups, corns.
  4. then add milk.
  5. Add the raw shrimp.
  6. Then add the seasonings.
  7. Cover and bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 min. stirring often.
