  • 8 lasagna noodles (broken into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
