  • 2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes
  • ½ c. heavy cream
  • ¼ c. milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter, softened or melted
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
