Ingredients
  • 4 whole artichokes (If you’re going to do this you might as well make enough for the next day)
  • 1 gal water for boiling artichokes
  • 3 to 4 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 21 toes (cloves) (YES!) garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Italian style breads crumbs
  • 2 ¼ cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 tbl. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil for drizzling
