  • 4 Cups Chopped Onions (1 inch slices)
  • 8 Cups Chopped Carrots (½ inch thick slices)
  • 3 Tablespoons Coarse Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Butter for Browning the Meat
