  • ⅜ tsp ( ⅜ tsp) stevia powder
  • 2 tbsp ( 2 tbsp) whey protein isolate
  • 2 tbsp ( 2 tbsp) cream cheese
  • 30 g ( 1.06 oz) blanched almond flour (about ¼ cup)
