  • 1 tablespoon stone ground or dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Small handful soaked cashews (about 1 to 2 tablespoons)*
  • 1 cup water (more or less as needed to achieve your desired thickness)
  • 1 teaspoon salt substitute (I used Stardust by Well Your World)*
  • 1 can no salt added Rotel*
