Vegan Sandwich Spread
Ingredients
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tblsp Tomato puree
  • ½ cup Sundried Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tblsp Olive oil
  • 2 tblsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
Steps
  1. Chop tomatoes & Add ALL ingredients to blender or immersion blender until smooth thick paste
  2. Refridgerate & serve once cooled
