Harvest Crackers with Cranberries, Pecans & Rosemary
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat, rye, spelt, or other whole-grain flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dry rosemary)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk (See Recipe Note)
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup pepitas or pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
