Tahini Buns (Low-Carb, Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Tahini:
  • ¾ to 1 cup sesame seeds
  • Optional: 1 to 3 tbsp olive oil (or any neutral oil)

  • 3  tbsp flax meal
  • ¼  cup psyllium husk powder
  • ¼  cup almond flour
  • 1  tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Spices to taste: I used Paprika and Cayenne Pepper (approximately 1tsp each)
  • Optional: Seeds e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, chia.
  • subheading: Wet ingredients:
  • ½  cup Tahini
  • 1  cup water
